Turlock PD - Wallet Thieves Need ID

The Turlock Police Department would like to alert the community and identify multiple suspects who are stealing wallets from purses. These incidents are being seen throughout multiple counties in grocery and craft stores.
On multiple days, a varying group of two suspects work together to distract and victimize customers. In one incident the victim’s purse was over her shoulder, tight to her body and zipped. The suspect was able to use his vest as a cover to conceal his arm, unzip the purse, and steal the wallet. In most cases, one suspect distracts the victim by asking questions, while the other steals the wallet out of a purse that’s sitting in the toddler seat of the shopping cart.

Modesto PD - Elderly Wallet Thieves Need ID

Modesto Police Department is looking to identify two women responsible for stealing purses and/or wallets from elderly women in grocery stores. One suspect distracts the victim, while the other suspect takes the victim’s wallet or purse from the shopping cart.
The women are described as black female adults driving a white 2023 Honda Accord with no license plates. The suspects have also been seen leaving in a blue Dodge Durango, unknown year.

On 5/26/23 at around 2:42 pm, an unidentified Hispanic male suspect entered Summary Market located at 1114 Herndon Avenue in Ceres.
The suspect was wearing a red hat with a Detroit Tigers logo, black hoodie, and black pants. He selected a soda then walked up to the counter, then placed the soda on the counter and pulled a firearm from his clothing. The suspect then covered his face with a red bandana and robbed the clerk. The suspect fled northbound before deputies arrived.
