On July 27, 2011, at approximately 4:50 AM, a White or Hispanic Male adult, with short dark hair, was seen at 4101 Tuly Road attempting to break-in to the business park's mailboxes. The suspect was the passenger of a dark 4-door sedan with silver rims or hubcaps (shown here). The United States Postal Inspection Service offers up to a $10,000 Reward for information and services leading to the arrest and conviction of any person for Mail Theft. Theft of mail, or even possession of stolen mail, is a Federal Felony and upon conviction each offense may be punishable by a fine up to $250,000 and imprisonment up to five years. (Title 18, United States Code, Section 1708)

Modesto Police are looking for the male suspect shown here. Troy Lee Mitchell 47 years is wanted in connection with the Bank Robbery @ Valley First Credit Union on May 14th, 2013. Officers were dispatched to the branch at about 11:30 a.m. after the suspect, Troy Lee Mitchell of Modesto, used a demand note to take an undisclosed amount of cash from the bank. Mitchell was identified using the surveillance photos provided by the bank. Mitchell was last known to drive a bronze colored Chevrolet Trailblazer with dealer plates.
