Modesto Police are looking for this man and his accomplice. On 02-28-16 two black males entered Kohls and selected over $1000 worth of items, and left without paying. When confronted outside by Loss Prevention they fought and then fled in a burgundy SUV parked in the parking lot. (shown here)

Modesto Police are attempting to identify the male shown here. On 02-29-16 this subject stole from the WalMart at 3848 McHenry. When he was confronted by loss prevention he fought and got away. He is described as a White male, 30 years old, 5ft9, 180lbs with brown hair and tattoos on his body/neck.

The Stanislaus County Sheriffs Dept. is asking for the publics assistance. On 09/26/15 Deputies were dispatched to 26648 River Rd in Newman for a Murder. The victim was identified as Gabriel RODRIGUEZ 57 years old. Anyone with any information on this Murder is asked to call the hotline or Detective Jesse Tovar at 209-525-7080.

Modesto Police are asking for assistance identifying the male shown here. On 03-02-16 he used a fake ID to take money out an account at Bank of the West (9th/H. He did the same thing at a Ceres Bank of the West on the same day. When confronted in Modesto he pulled a knife and threatened the bank employee. He left in a brown colored Lexus. The same suspect is possibly responsible for using a fake ID in San Leandro in Jan 2016 at a Bank of the West. He is wanted on 211 charges in Modesto.

Oakdale Police are asking for assistance on a stabbing that occurred at The Cottonwood Cafe, 154 S. Yosemite Ave. on 2-2-16 at 9:40 pm. Two employees returned to the business after hours after purchasing supplies. They interrupted two burglars in the process of breaking in the back door. When confronted, one of the suspects, a black male in his 30s, ran past one of the employees, knocking her down. The other suspect, a Hispanic male in his 30s who was jimmying the lock with a knife, ran at the other employee and cut her on the arm after yelling at her as he ran past her. The victim was taken to the ER by ambulance. Injuries were not life-threatening. One suspect with the knife was described as a Hispanic male in his 30s, 5'04 195 lbs last seen wearing a gray hoodie. The second suspect was described as a black male in his 30s, 6ft tall, thin build, wearing a black hoodie. Witnesses described him as having yellow eyes. Escalon Police are asking for help in identifying the male shown here. On 1/27/16 two portable Honda generators were stolen from ACE Hardware in Escalon. One suspect distracted the store employee while the other ran out of the store with the generators. A similar theft was reported at the ACE Hardware in Oakdale

The Turlock Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a man involved in a robbery which occurred at the Citi Bank (ATM) located on Geer Road in Turlock during the nighttime hours on 02-10-16. The hooded man approached the victim from behind at the ATM and demanded the victim's money. The suspect is described as a Black male adult, in his early 20s in age, about 6'00" tall and 180 pounds. Turlock Police are asking for information on the suspect shown here. On Monday February 1, 2016 the suspect shown entered Ulta Beauty on Countryside Dr. in Turlock. He selected over $1,500 worth of merchandise and fled the store in a white 4 door sedan. If you know who he is please call.

Turlock Police is attempting to identify the suspect in a carjacking that took place on February 4, 2016. It occurred in the alley/parking lot between the 300 block of E. Main Street and Olive Avenue. The two victims were sitting in their parked car when they were approached by a man possibly in his 30s. The man pulled out a handgun and demanded the two occupants get out of the car. The two complied and the suspect fled in the vehicle. The vehicle was located about an hour later, but the suspect was not seen. Suspect Description Black Male Adult/20-30yrs/6 feet tall/180 lbs wearing a light gray sweatshirt.

On October 19, 2015, Modesto Police were called to 2801 McHenry Ave. for a suspicious death investigation. Brian Abeyta was found deceased in his vehicle. It appears he was killed while he was sleeping. V-Abeyta was known to sleep in his vehicle in this area of town. Anyone with information about this murder can contact Det.
