Since December 15, 2012 Ceres Police Department has received numerous reports of a man exposing himself to young girls in apartment complexes in southeast Ceres between Whitmore Avenue, 10th Street, Roeding and Mitchell Road. The most recent incident occurred on April 5, 2014. The man has been described by witnesses as a white male adult in his late 20s to early 30s. His height is estimated to be between 5ft8 to 6ft tall and he weighs between 170-230 lbs. He has dirty blonde long hair that one witness described as being halfway down his back. On a few of the occasions he was seen wearing jogging clothing and running through the area before exposing himself. Today, a sketch artist from the Department of Justice met with a witness and produced this sketch of the subject for release to the public in hopes that someone recognizes this person. If you know someone who matches this description, please call 911 and notify the police. Please do not attempt to contact this person yourself. Modesto Police are trying to identify the male suspect shown here on video surveillance. On 6-13-13 at 1924 hours the pictured suspect entered the Valero station at 801 7th Street. The suspect was described as a Black, male, twenties, about 6ft 180 pounds with black hair. The suspect brandished a silver handgun while ordering the victim to the ground and taking money from the register. If you know his identity please call.

Stanislaus Sheriff's Department is investigating the Murder of Juan CALVILLO on February 19, 2014. CALVILLO (shown here in photo) was found shot and deceased at the Horseshoe Recreation area in the Oakdale area by fisherman. This incident also appeared to happen where the victim was found. Stanislaus Sheriffs Department is asking for any information on the vehicle/suspects involved in this case. On December 26, 2013 the Silver BMW X5 SUV (shown here) was in the Walmart parking lot in Patterson. The suspects put a gun to the victims head (also shown here in photo) and kidnapped the victim from the location, robbing him at gunpoint. Stanislaus County Sheriffs Department is investigating the vandalisms to numerous homes and vehicles that occurred on Feb 21 and 22nd. These vandalisms occurred in the Sterling Ranch sub division (Gratton Rd/Monte Vista Ave/Tuolumne Rd, Denair). Thousands of dollars of damage occurred as a result of the malicious mischief. Attempted Homicide

Modesto Police are investigating an attempted murder that occurred on 11/25/13 at 0400 hours at 2800 W. Rumble Road (Ashwood Village). The victims vehicle was keyed and all four tires were slashed. The victim was dating a female living at an apartment at Ashwood Village. Around 0530 hours, the victims girlfriend awoke to an unknown suspect throwing a Molotov cocktail into her sliding glass door off her back patio that backs up to Brenner Avenue. The Molotov cocktail broke as it landed on her patio igniting several articles. The suspect is unknown at this time.

Modesto Police

On 11/4/13 the victim was robbed at gun point in the dumpster area of the In Shape gym at 2254 Floyd. The Victim was confronted in the dumpster enclosure that is near the Subway shop on the southwest corner of the shopping center. Based on the way the robbery occurred, within the dumpster enclosure, the victim believes the suspects were in the enclosure prior to his going in and did not believe the suspects could have seen him approaching and then entered the enclosure. Based on that the suspects were lying in wait for a victim or could have been dumpster diving/recycling and taken advantage of the opportunity when the victim entered. The suspects were described as a Black, male, 5ft11 to 6ft, about 200 to 220 5ft8 and 130 pounds. Both suspects were wearing gray hoodie sweatshirts and surgical style face masks. The Victim described the gun as a black semi-automatic handgun that was large enough to take up the suspects entire hand with a rounded slide. Please forward me any similar subjects you encounter particularly if you find subjects with surgical style masks in their possession. The victim believes he may be able to identify the male. Please also send me any similar cases you are aware of or 1037 calls with similar situations around trash enclosures.

Modesto Police are looking for information on a robbery that occured On 11-4-13. The victim was walking to school when he was robbed at gun point of his cell phone and backpack. The victim was walking eastbound on Mulholland from Staci when the suspect jumped the fence from an apartment building to commit the robbery. The suspect was a white, male, in his 20s, blue eyes and possibly brown hair (unknown length or style haircut). The suspect was wearing a black bandana over his face, gray hoodie with the hood up and blue jeans. The victim said the suspect was 5ft9” and probably about 140 pounds but the clothing was very baggy so possibly heavier. The victim is 5ft11 and was looking down at the suspect so he is sure on height under 5ft11. The suspect may have had a nose piercing but the victim was not positive. The suspect had a clear complexion with no obvious tattoos and did not appear to be homeless or a drug addict. The victim described the gun as a black semi-automatic handgun with some gray on it. The victim thought the gun might be rusty when the suspect racked it. A black Escalade inside the apartment parking lot could have been involved but is not confirmed, I checked the lot for similar cars and was UTL. The suspect believes he can id so please BOL for similar suspects and forward me any information.

Stanislaus Sheriff is investigating the theft of a tractor type/pull vehicle a Coleman Tug. It was taken from 14001 Lancaster Rd in Oakdale. If you know anything about this theft please call.
